1. Nature of Service

EssayDonkey provides model academic writing, research assistance, and study support materials. All work delivered is intended as a reference, study guide, or model paper to assist your own academic development. You agree to use our materials in compliance with your institution's academic integrity policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use this service. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
• Deadlines begin from the time of confirmed payment.
• Prices are displayed in USD. Payment is processed securely via Paystack or PayPal.
• Wallet credits are non-refundable once used toward an order.

4. Revisions

Each order includes free revisions for 14 days after delivery, provided the revision request falls within the original brief. Requests that expand or change the original scope are considered new orders.

5. Refunds

Refunds are available under our Money-Back Guarantee if delivery deadlines are missed or the delivered work materially fails to meet the agreed brief. See our full guarantee policy.

6. Confidentiality

We do not disclose your identity, order details, or uploaded materials to any third party outside of service fulfilment. All writers sign confidentiality agreements.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a licence to use the delivered work for personal study purposes. EssayDonkey retains no rights to your uploaded source materials.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our delivered work as commercially available content. Any use that violates applicable law is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

EssayDonkey's liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
